Great little hotel. We booked it to be close to the station and it was around 3 minutes walk which was exactly what we needed. Rooms were basic but very clean and the fact they had air conditioning was a life saver as the heat outside was 32 degrees! Staff went out of their way to be helpful and the lady at reception (I didn't take note of her name) kept our bags for us on the day of checkout as our flight was not until 6pm so we wanted some more time to explore the town. The gentleman on duty overnight was very friendly and helpful too. Great experience overall - would highly recommend!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It is very close to the train station and about 15 min easy walk to Place du Capitole. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. I happily had a room with French doors that opened out onto a view of the Canal du MIDI. The hotel is on a very busy road but the double doors/windows means that any noise is well blocked out. The staff at the hotel are very warm and welcoming and happily speak English if your French is not great. The continental breakfast they offer is very good value for money. The wifi was excellent. There is a lift.

Great location, right across from the main train station, but in a quiet corner. Easy to move around in the city. Parking close by. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the AC and when we came back from the city the issue was fixed and the room temperature was very pleasant. The hotel is pretty basic and the room is not big, but if you are going to be out most of the day and need a safe place to stay, and want to save money, this is your place. I will go back.

The people working there (who were maybe also the owners) were wonderful. The coffee machine was terrific. The room was cool on a hot day. Everything was clean. Having the train station just across the street was frankly reassuring. We were delighted by the proximity to downtown--yet too tired to benefit from it. Now that we're recovered from jetlag, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, on an easy couple days in Toulouse.

We came to visit friends, and the location was close to them, but it is also really close to one of the main train stations. Even though the booking ad says no parking, they do have some small sports or you can park at the station, which is what we did. The room was quiet and comfortable, check-in was easy, and there was always someone at the reception. It was also a "real" triple, with one double bed and on individual bed.
